My practice explores the boundary between realism and surrealism, often through intimate, emotional moments and unexpected subjects. Using oil paint and mixed media, I create portraits that examine vulnerability and the human condition. Whether it’s a distorted expression, a torn surface revealing something beneath, or a curious animal caught mid-glance, my work aims to provoke emotion and narrative in a single frame. I blend traditional techniques with a contemporary lens, always chasing authenticity through texture, color, and gaze.
